Spectacular, beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities. Plenty of room for our group of 14, and could have easily accommodated more. We have been vacationing in Murrell Inlet for 15 years, and this is by far the best home we have rented! All loved the pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach which had an abundance of seashells to collect. Corn
Hole games was enjoyed by all. There were a few repairs that needed to be done - elevator not working for a few days, and a couple of ceiling fans not operating but management team was very responsive, friendly, and professional. All repairs were done as soon as possible. Overall home was very clean and beautiful. Need to mention however that the floors could have been cleaned better. Several of the occupants walked thru with white socks on and the bottoms were very dirty after about 20 minutes. Ended up buying a swifter to clean the floors ourselves. With that being said, would not hesitate to rent again!

We have been renting beach homes in Garden City for the last 20 years and our family has found our “forever beach house” rental! This house is absolutely AMAZING from the moment you drive up the driveway. The views from every part time of this home are breathtaking! The house was immaculate and the layout is extremely spacious. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this house.

This new build proved to be perfect for our needs in all ways, especially the location and privacy. The site has ocean and marsh views, and is within a jettied inlet that provides calm waters at the end of the private walkway. In September, there was wider beach access at low tide, but the water approached the walkway at high tide.
The interior is beautifully decorated, beds comfortable, and living areas spacious. We appreciated the two sets of washer/dryer units, multiple refrigerators, sufficient kitchenware, and elevator. Our only small complaints were the un-cushioned pool chairs (great quality but they are hard, made of Trex decking material), no hangars, and no blow dryers - all easily remedied by planning ahead. Be aware that there is no shade in the pool area, only tables/chairs on the main floor porch (rockers all on levels above), and guests were unable to adjust the temperature of the hot tub (we felt that was needed). We are rebooking for next year - and likely beyond.

Extremely nice and very clean house. Views were amazing. We had a lovely stay there sit was very quiet and private. Would have loved to have rocking chairs on the main back porch. We will return next year
