This house has it all. Location, location. So very beautiful inside and out. Spotless clean!! Can walk anywhere from this home. Our second year staying here and will continue until we buy. Chelsea is the most amazing person whom I only ask for. She takes the best care of my family and knows my voice when I call. She is such an asset to Beach Realty. Love her so much!!

My wife and I came to the beach in June 2024. We rested, relaxed and spent time at the beach and the community pool. Weather was great. House was excellent. Needs new skillets for cooking. Beach Realty is great to work with. Took care of one issue within 15 minutes of arriving. Great job by the 2 maintenance men that helped us!!! Lots of great restaurants.

As a lifelong Garden City vacationer, I have stayed many places here. Gone Costal is hands down one of my favorites! House layout is great. Lots of living space, very large and extremely well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer worked perfectly and we relaxing on the porch in the evenings. Everything you could want is within walking distance. It is very hard find a place that has enough parking to allow our golfcart/golfcart trailer, but this house did. The elevator was a bonus! Beds were very comfortable and entire house very clean

Awesome beach vacation. Love staying at Gone Costal. It’s located in a perfect area for our family. You have shops, arcade, restaurants and a lil grocery store. Everything you need in one area. Pier across the street. Great location!

Everything was great. The rental experience was organized and easy. The house was in perfect condition, clean and welcoming. This house is perfect for families. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and our kids enjoyed the pool everyday. The elevator is a huge plus when loading and unloading. Overall just a great experience with the rental company and the house. We definitely hope to return for another visit at Gone Coastal.

This was my first stay at the beach. It won't be my last. I will stay @ Gone Coastal again if possible. The home was wonderful. The decor and floor plan felt like a home away from home. What a relaxing time. Nice to be able to see the ocean from windows and the deck. I would highly recommend Gone Coastal--fully modern, clean, comfortable, and easy access to any activity desired--a walk on the beach, a good book, shopping, eating, then a restful night sleep. The built in elevator made it so easy with luggage and shopping bags. It was a pleasure working with the friendly people @ Beach Realty Rental, too! Thank you.
