It was great except for no hot water the first night. A simple note from the owner to throw the breaker would have been nice. Other than that the home was magnificent!

Our Family summer vacation at Surfside was terrific! We stayed at Par-Tee at the Beach rented from Beach Realty. From the start, it was a great experience! The rental agency handled the pick up and drop off very organized especially given the COVID situation. The house itself was beautiful! One on my favorite rentals of all time! We had everything we needed with a well-equipped house and the beds were super cozy! The pool was a great addition for the kids in the evening after the beach. The walk to the beach was about 100 yards away which was helpful with little ones. The best part was how clean the house was! I highly recommend this house and will stay there again in the future!

What a terrific space and location. We would definitely book this location again. It would be nice if it was a keyless entry so we wouldn't have to worry about the keys etc. The beach is a little touristy for us but other than that it was great. Very clean. Everything was there that was described.

We had five adults and a child, and the house was perfect for us. It was close only a block from the beach, and a beach access was directly across from 14th Avenue. The house was well equipped and was clean and well maintained. We've booked again for next year.

This is the third year we rented the same house, and we like the house and the location. There are some staples like toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, etc., that are stocked, and we truly appreciate that. I know we restocked tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper for the next guests. We plan to come again next year.

Par-Tee at the Beach exceeded our expectations. The house was well stocked in all areas. The beach is just a short walk away. The pool area was nice and included some pool toys/floats. Surfside Beach is a beautiful, family friendly area. We always felt safe and had a great time! We would definitely stay here again! The process of picking up and dropping off the keys was easy and hassle free. Beach Realty Rentals staff was professional and helpful.
