House was huge! Plenty of space for everyone. Elevator makes load in/out a breeze. Pool was a nice size. Nit pick that the hot tub was just warm and the timer for the bubbles was not obviously located. Its on the side of the shower stalls under the house. But that is very slight nit picks. Overall the house was clean and in great shape. Right on the beach and plenty of parking. Bonus that the house came with plenty of beach/pool equipment. Floaties and even a tent. Tent had some damage but workes for us on the day we used it.
Porch/pool/deck chairs could be upgraded. Some are rusty from the salty sea air.

Our stay was very nice. Nice, close location to the beach. Plenty of room at the beach. The house was very nice and the whole family had plenty of room. The Beach Rental staff was very helpful. They sent extra linen and light bulbs, when I called. Missed the washing machine, but the staff was very helpful in keeping us informed of the repairs.

They were very professional and accomodating. There were a few "Bad" reviews on the property we stayed at, however, the reviews were done prior to Beach Realty taking over. The house was fantastic, all issues had been addressed, and the property was cleaner/nicer than expected.

Arrived and had a few issues, contacted Beach Realty and they fixed everything. House is a little worn and needs some TLC but it a great stay for the $. If you rent this property the light switch for the outside stairs is at the bottom where you turn on ALL the lights under the house.
