Overall - quite good for a large family. Not fancy, but comfortable. Had room to spread out a bit.
Beds are great - but deeper pocket fitted sheets would have helped.
Note that between the island seating, kitchen table, and dining table, there are three different seat heights - so moving chairs from the kitchen table to the dining table doesn't really work well. Nevertheless - we managed to seat 14 for dinner at the same table.
Larger grill, sharper knives, and more window screens would have been nice. New rocking chairs on back deck were great. A clothes line for towels and wet suits would be nice.
A late evening call to service the AC - which shut off - was handled quite quickly and we were very grateful!
Location is terrific!! Beach was wonderful.

The breeze from the ocean was so calming. We were able to just sit back and relax on the porches. Listening at the sound of the waves at night was really relaxing and peaceful for a good night's rest.
The adults and children had lots of fun! Our stay, property general condition, property location,
property cleanliness, property management was all great!
We highly recommend this property to others! We are excited about staying again in 2024 and in the future!
