The property’s size and location were perfect for our group. The home was a bit dated, but clean. The furniture was dated and needs replaced, especially the outdoor furniture. There were no pool chairs that weren’t cracked or broken. Carpets were stained and dirty and need replaced. The pool was great and the location to the beach access was a quick and easy walk.

We enjoyed our second straight year in the house. It is showing some wear but I am sure that is due to other renters as we treat it as if it were our own and take care of it.

The property has plenty of room for everyone. There was 18 of us and nobody had to sleep on a couch. The water pressure was a little low when more than a couple of showers were eing use at the same time. We have stayed at a variety of properties over the past 20 years and this was one of, if not the cleanest. The elevator does take some getting use to as the doors like to stick every now and then. We will be booking this property again......hopefully next year!

We enjoyed Royal Reef. There were a few things that we asked to be fixed; the dishwasher, refrigerator drawer/shelf and stains in the carpets. Everything was completed except the refrigerator door/shelf and it had to be ordered.
The home is generous in size and what was great for our family is that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was living space on both floors of the home which included a wet bar, etc. on the top floor. The kitchen was spacious and there was plenty of room for dining. The elevator was handy to move things in and out. The pool was very nice and we were right across the street from the ocean. We brought all the family dogs and paid the norefundable pet fee; we took care of the dogs and left the home as well as we found it on move in. We liked it so well we have made a reservation for 2024.
