Wonderful house and wonderful experience.

This house is in the best location, very quiet inside and out. The ocean view and beach is amazing. The pool was perfect and had anything you needed for both. This house had plenty of room, and had just about everything you need. I would say that it could use some updates, but overall it’s a wonderful place to spend time with the family. We have all ready booked it for next year. I also have to include Desire and Chelsea they are the very best.. LOVED them both.

The house was not new but was clean and just right for us. We didn't have a large group, just the 2 of us. We didn't need a large house. It was pet friendly which we needed. Right on the ocean. The couches were a little musty. I would have liked a rocker recliner because we were there for a month and I have minor back issues. I met the owner when he came to get a tool and he was very nice. Seemed like the sort of person I could be friends with. If I had brought tools with me I would have fixed a few small things that are normal routine things to fix (a door handle that was stick). We really liked the screened porch. We have stayed in a few homes and this wasn't the biggest or fanciest but it was the one that fit us best and I really liked. Glad they didn't knock it down to build a huge one. Just right for a small family.

This is a great place to stay with your family that has kids. We stayed with my girls and 5 grandchildren, ages 1-10. They all had a blast perfect location. Owners had just replaced toys for the pool so it was very nice. This was the 2nd year in this house.

The Hurricane forced us out of our planned vacation location in North Carolina. We scrambled to find another destination that was not impacted by the storm. We had never been to South Carolina but the storm just brushed them so we got on the internet and found Beach Realty and told them our situation. This was Saturday September 7th at 4pm and we were planning on our vacation starting on Sunday September 8th. The girls at Beach Realty jumped into action and found us several rentals to choose from on a last minute notice. We chose a house to rent and they saved our vacation. We arrived on Sunday they communicated with us the entire time to be sure we arrived and were able to get our keys and welcome packet. This is truly what customer service is and should be a example to all other rental companies. Our weather was absolutely perfect all week, we had one of the best vacations we have had in years. Thanks to Beach Realty !!. The house was situated perfectly right on the beach the layout of the house was great, fully stocked kitchen, very clean throughout. The house could use some minor repairs inside "nothing major to keep us from coming back" just the usual wear and tear that's expected. We will be coming back to South Carolina and will be using Beach Realty again. Thumbs up and 5 stars..

Wonderful beach house, very nice panoramic view of the ocean fron screened in back porch, also tons of seating for friends and family. Beach is super clean and NOT crowded! Can't wait to return.

The home was perfect for our needs. It's beachfront location was ideal, especially with little children and senior citizens. This may have been our best vacation, ever. The entire home was **** and span when we arrived.

Have stayed at this property for past five years. Overall, love it. Property shows its age, but generally clean and very comfortable.

We enjoyed the house, and the Beach Realty customer service was excellent (Dyana, Desiree, Kevin, and the Staff). Business is about "Customer Focus" and this team delivers. We will be back doing business with Beach Realty.
