Great trip with church friends! The house was well maintained and in a great location, with a 6 block walking distance from the pier and a few restaurants. This is our second time staying at Sun-S-Up and we plan do continue this newly formed tradition! :)

For several years, our large family has enjoyed a Week-At-The-Beach. This year at Sun-S-Up was one of our best!
Ample bedrooms and a bath for each room. Wonderful!
Location is only steps away from the beach access. Also, a short walk to Surfside Pier and the cute restaurants. Simply perfect! Thank you.

Sun-S-Up was a wonderful house to stay in. Very clean and well appointed. Only think it could use is a Swiffer or a mop maybe for picking up sand that gets tracked in. Having 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms was awesome. And you cannot beat the access to the beach and the pier! We'd love to come back again.

Wonderful place to stay! The owners have obviously given much thought to making their beach house inviting and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, appliances were clean and well maintained. The house was very clean, but I would not say "spotless". Plenty of room for a large family. Easy access to the beach. We will definitely return and make this home an annual event for a family vacation.

The rental was perfect. The rooms are much bigger than expected and loved that every room had their own bathroom! We loved the location and all the amenities that came with the house. There were only 3 things that we found broken in the kitchen that were needed but it didn't bother us much. I would recommend anyone to use this property and would love to book it again.
