We loved the house. Spacious enough for our 11 person group. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the private pool and bbq. Will stay there again.

This house was so perfect for the 10 of us that spent our vacation there. Every room was so spacious and decorated with such beautiful beach belongings. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware, silverware & seating. The only thing we would change is the heavy plates that don’t fit well in the dishwasher. Corelle plates would probably work better. The couches were so comfortable as were all the deck & pool chairs.

This beach house was perfect for our family. We split our time between the beach and the pool, which may be the biggest in the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. Very happy with our choice!

We stayed at LA Casa Di Famiglia last August (2022) & we enjoyed it. We had 9 adults & 4 children & we had PLENTY of space in our rooms & throughout the house. Everything was clean & ready to go for us. The house is a quick hop, skip & jump to the ocean (literally like a 30 second walk), close to lots of dining, & has a great view from the second floor front bedrooms balcony. The pool was clean & had nice lounging chairs. My only negative (definitely not a complaint, more of just a tiny inconvenience) about the pool area is that you have to exit through the gate, walk around the side of the house & up the stairs to enter through the front door/living area, unless you walk up the back stairs beside the pool & let everyone go in through the master bedroom. I will also say that Beach Realty was pleasant to work with & very polite/helpful. We definitely recommend staying here!

This was our first vacation rental on the Grand Strand and it met all our expectations. The house was exactly as described -- well fitted-out, great location, private pool a definite plus, clean and well-maintained. Location almost as good as right on the beach. We have rented properties in the past in Orlando, but this was heads and shoulders above. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We were very happy with the house and check in/check out process. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was short and easy ��. The house was well appointed, quiet and very spacious. We reported a couple of maintenance issues but they did not interfere with our stay.

We were all impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. I actually brought my own griddle and coffee pot because most places don’t have what you need. All rooms were decorated beautifully. You can tell it was updated with beautiful bed spreads and lovely pictures everywhere. The house was located very close to the beach and liked being on the side rode , less traffic, for the kids. This vacation was super special because all 3 of my children and the grandchildren were able to come.

Outstanding vacation for our family who live in Virginia, Tennessee, and Florida. House has an excellent location, well kept and maintained and the pool area is outstanding. A/C had an issue that was resolved within 6 hours, pool lounge chairs are wearing and need to be replaced. Beach Realty Emergency Service not did not meet expectations.

Our entire family had a wonderful, annual 4th of July vacation at La Casa Di Famiglia! This area of the beach is mostly populated with houses & not high rise condos, so we were able to spread out & maintain a safe distance from others. Other than the short walk to the beach & back, we basically stayed at the house the entire time, and the house was spacious enough to allow it. The pool is a little larger too which the grandchildren enjoyed. We definitely would stay here again & look forward to returning under safer conditions.

Overall we had a fantastic time with 5 families which included 3 1-year olds and 6-year old grandchildren! Our rental house was spacious and we enjoyed the front and back balconies. The beach was an easy trip and a lot of fun but so was the pool which was just the right size. When we got into the house, we noticed some cleaning issues but after a call the cleaning crew came immediately and made it right. By the 2nd day, we were having plumbing issues but again, after calling the rental agency, they were taken care of in a timely manner. We would definitely stay at this property again!
