Chelsea at Beach Realty is phenomenal. Professional and always willing to assist. This property was great. The only feedback from the family members that stay in the bunk bed rooms is there were no TVs and no dressers in either room.

We gather every summer for our annual multi generational family beach week!! We always have a blast in this wonderful beach house creating new memories with lots of laughs, sun, good food, and family fun!!!

This is the second time we have rented this property and besides a few hiccups, our trip was amazing, from the moment we made the reservation to check out, Chelsea, from the Rental Beach Team is so kind and amazing, what a gem you have with her as a team member. Chelsea immediately took care of any problems we had along the way but we had a great vacation and the house is just lovely.

We have been gathering in Myrtle Beach area for the last 30 years with family! Once again we were able to gather this year in a beautiful ocean front rental home! Wonderful memories and fun times were made by all!!! The home on the beach met the needs of all the family members, ages 1 year old to 90 years old! What a blessing to share a family time all together!

Beautiful and spacious home for large family vacation. The pool is amazing as was everything in the house. There are many high end offerings.
The gas stove was problematic with a clicking noise; after two maintenance people came the issue was sail not resolved but they assured us it was safe.
Beach Realty staff was wonderful to work with. An elevator would add to the homes many wonderful features.

During these trying time it's good to know you have a safe clean and enjoyable house to spend time at. We rented this house for our annual golf outing and it's the best accommodations we've ever had. The house was great, big enough, clean, and located on a relatively quiet stretch of beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beach Realty staff were terrific throughout. They responded immediately to our calls, answered questions, and fixed problems.

This property is not only all it advertises, but has many additional amenities as well. Stocked kitchen has many items including (but perhaps not limited to) crock pot, rice cooker, waffle makers, as well as all the "gadgets" needed for the week! Additional furniture has been added since the photos on the site and there is now a second dining room table, huge picnic table on the deck, fire pit near the pool, couches on the pool level (covered) and the second floor ocean-facing deck. Don't know if you caught it in the pictures, but there are THREE dishwashers and two ice makers! The enclosed "beer" fridge and unadvertised bar on the pool level was very appreciated. Home was clean but is showing some wear (I imagine it gets rented every available week since it's such a great place.) I would recommend leather living room furniture when replacing current in order to help with unpreventable stains that happen with such use. Every rental property being built should replicate the pool/hottub - it's amazing and held all of our 30-person multi-generation group. We rented for the same week next year!

Had a great stay at Lazy Daze with our family, including 8 grandchildren. Very spacious and enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the spa/hot tub and 3 dishwashers. Ocean views from the decks are spectacular.

Everything was in good working order (appliances, toilets, sinks, showers, etc.). The home was beautiful, although some wear and tear was apparent. Settlement cracks in master bedroom on top floor, pieces of kitchen cabinetry pealing off near corner of island closest to panty, cracked window in master bedroom on 3rd floor, and coach lighting on deck of master bedroom on third floor was broken and weathered. None of these items took away from the experience though, and we loved the house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The house and outdoor area are Fantastic! For a large party this house is IT. There’s not another pool like it. It’s huge. So much fun was had by all. We had 28 with us so plenty of room

The house Lazy Daze was awesome and fit our large group wonderfully. I believe we were the second to rent this new home on the beach. The kitchen was spacious and having the large counter space, extra ovens and refrigerators was a real convenience for us. The house is new so s few kinks are still being worked out but anyone renting this property should live it.

This was the 6th family vacation our group has taken in the last 10 years, and Lazy Daze was the nicest, cleanest place. The pool is AWESOME with a lot of fun extra features. Bedrooms are Hugh with great big bathrooms. There was 33 of us and plenty of room for more.If we wanted to be picky the ONLY thing the kitchen didn't have was a crock pot and while it has a griddle on the stove we could have used an extra griddle. Otherwise the kitchen had more than enough stuff. The TWO ice makers and 3 dishwashers were key! Would highly recommend this house for a large group!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and in very good condition. We are planning to stay again next year. A few suggestions and recommendations: please add full length mirrors to each room (only select rooms had them), please make the beds higher in the two suite rooms, please add a small tv in the bedroom area of the suite rooms so guests can watch tv in bed, please provide supply stainless steel cleaner for appliances, please have a mop or swiffer available to clean floors.

As the house is so beautiful we hope that the minor scuffs and wear and tears are repainted steps redone etc for the next summer season so the house looks brand new again.
