Great location, and perfect layout for family of 22, ages 3-87. All the amenities were amazing, and steps from pool to beach.
One of the 8 bedrooms that was advertised as having a King had a Queen bed instead, which caused a bit of a problem, and we had to change the pre-planned room assignments on the fly. While the house smelled clean, it could use a good deep cleaning and paint touch up (however, I realize we're there during high season).
The rental company told us there were NO toys or kitchen essentials, that we'd have to bring everything in except for dishes, towels and linens. After buying prior to check in, there were indeed some kitchen necessities (spices, etc.) and there were bars of soap in all the bathrooms. And, there was an outdoor room full of pool/ beach toys.

We had a great week. Appreciated the delivery of the extra freezer when the only other freezer in the house was not getting fixed. Little sooner would have helped.
Had an air conditioning issue that was fixed in about 4 hours not too bad. The person doing the work was great, very friendly explained issue and got it fixed. Now the person on the phone from air conditioning company was not nice and in fact used profanity when talking to my wife.
We will definitely have Palmetto Legacy high on the list for our next beach trip in 2025. The service of all the office staff was great before, during and after our week. Keep it up, keeps us renting with SC Beach.

We utilized Palmetto Legacy for a high school baseball team to stay while in the Myrtle Beach area playing in a tournament. It was a perfect fit for our players and coaches to have plenty of room and be spread out. This home is comfortable and has all resources needed for large groups.

The Palmetto Legacy is such a specular home, which suited our needs as a family of 20 from ages to 1 to 80. We enjoyed to beautiful pool/hot tub and beach as well as the pool and ping pong tables. The Palmetto is perfect place to relax, recharge and enjoy from breaking away from the cold. We can not wait to return in 2022!

This was a great home! The property description was accurate, it was clean and the rental company provided great service. I would definetly recommend this rental home to family and friends. Great views, amenities, close proximity to many acticities and resturants. A few suggestions: provide instructions for the TVs, instructions for hot tub ( not sure if the heat was on or not except waiting to see if heating), there is only one freezer, the refridgerator is a full fridge no freezer and the second refidgerator does have a bottom freezer ( for all of you foodies), would have liked to have ceiling fans inside downstairs in the main living area. It was noted that the elevator was only for the owner, but would have liked another option for our older family members and grocery hauls. Overall, this was a great home with great views and great accomodations!

The house was everything we could have hoped for. The kitchen was laid out nicely, and the pool and furniture in the outside area was absolutely incredible. I felt like there could be some areas where they could focus on cleaning...the kids bunk beds for example...the mattresses need to be moved and they need to vacuum. It is clear the people who stayed there before us let their kids eat in bed. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook big meals every night. We had a problem with a loud humming under the house due to the wind, and while the problem was never isolated, someone came quickly to check it out. The pool was well maintained with someone coming twice while we were there to check chemicals and vacuum the pool. We played on the beach and enjoyed the pool most days. We went up to broadway at the beach and ventured to the pier for shopping and the arcade.

We had a great time staying at the house. It was everything we needed plus more. Location, size and room to spear. The pool and hot tub were great. The main room was big enough so we all could have a meal together. Three refrigerators were the key. Games for the kids and the three TV's in the great room was a plus.

We previously rented an 8 bedroom home that was nice but it was suffering a little from lack of upkeep. We had a few others wanting to go and saw this home in 2018 while on vacation and were lucky enough to get it. We have already booked it for 2020! It was set up with a large group in mind. Ice makers on all floors and an awesome huge 1st floor and kitchen. We like to cook in a few nights and with a group of 30, we need space and we had it. You will not be disappointed. Great views of the ocean and inlet.

This house is perfect for a large group! We had 14 adults, 4 children and 1 infant and there was ample space! The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the house was very clean, the pool area was great and access to the beautiful beach was right there! The only two suggestions I have is that the grill was not working very well and they could use some umbrellas by the pool for shade. Highly recommend this property!

We've been doing a trip to the SC beach every year with family and friends for the past 10+ years. Beach Realty Rentals is great - nice selection of homes, friendly and helpful staff. Our group has grown over the years from a small group staying for a long weekend to a large group staying for a week and the homes have increased from 6 bedrooms to 10 or more. This year we stayed at Palmetto Legacy and it was great. Nicely appointed and equipped. We golfed, went horseback riding, relaxed by the pool and hot tub. Great kitchen and outdoor space for hanging out. Good restaurant and attractions nearby. What's not to like? A perfect vacation.

Great experience, our second year here and we have already booked for 2021. The house is well equipped with the exception of the kitchen. It needs restocked with cooking type pots and pans and measuring cups etc.. It seems as though some items have disappeared from last year. Would love to have access to the elevator for help unloading and loading up at the end of the week.
